This show, sponsored by Fredericksburg Center for the Creative Arts and the Central Rappahannock Regional Library was jurored by Ginna Cullen, Fine Arts Department, Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, Virginia. There were over 200 entries by 70 artists in the categories of Painting, Drawing / Printmaking, Mixed Media, Photography, and Computer Generated. The show was to have an opening reception on September 1, 2006, but it was cancelled when Ernesto blew through the region, causing a power outage at the library.
The works will be displayed at the CRRL, 1201 Caroline St. through the end of September, 2006 in the atrium and main conference room. All works are for sale.
